Building Homes. Building Community. Building Trust.

A Different Kind of Builder
Madison Homes was founded in 1992 by Russell Rosenberger and Milton Schneiderman — two industry veterans who believed homebuilding should be personal, precise, and uncompromising. At a time when national builders were standardizing floor plans and cutting corners to maximize volume, Russ and Milt took a different approach. They focused on finding exceptional sites in established neighborhoods, designing homes uniquely suited to their locations, and building relationships that lasted long after closing day. Three decades later, that philosophy guides everything we do. We're still a local team. We still know our homeowners by name. And we still believe that where you live should inspire how you live.

How We Build
The Madison Approach
Site Selection
It starts with location. We spend years identifying exceptional sites in established neighborhoods — places where architecture, community, and lifestyle converge. We don't build on the outskirts. We build where you want to live.
Thoughtful Design
Every Madison home is designed for its specific site and neighborhood. We consider sight lines, natural light, traffic patterns, and how you'll actually live in the space. No cookie-cutter floor plans. No compromises.
Quality Execution
From foundation to finish, we partner with the region's finest craftsmen and use materials that stand the test of time. Our homes aren't just built to code — they're built to last generations.
